Massage

My therapeutic massage is a mixture of Swedish massage, trigger point therapy, and deep tissue. I also integrate Shiatsu, Thai massage, and Reflexology techniques as is appropriate for your needs. The result is a very personalized experience that is a little different every time. If you would like Reiki or Craniosacral work during a massage, I can always integrate it into your treatment.
Reiki

Reiki is an energy healing technique that was rediscovered and developed by Dr. Mikao Usui in the late 1800’s. During the session the client remains clothed, and my hands are placed gently on or hovering slightly above your body. Reiki is a very powerful and gentle technique to promote relaxation, stress relief and general healing of the body. Reiki helps your body do what it wants to do naturally and return to its natural state of balance.
Aromatherapy

I am a proud Wellness Advocate of doTERRA essential oils. Essential oils are the aromatic compounds of plants that give them their distinctive aromas. Along with the pleasant smells, essentials oils have also been used to promote emotional and physical wellness.
The doTERRA AromaTouch technique utilizes eight essential oils to promote mental relaxation, immune boosting, and physical relaxation. It is very gentle, and can be beneficial to people of all ages.

I can also customize an essential oil blend specifically for your unique needs, and add that to any massage service.
Craniosacral Therapy
Craniosacral Therapy is a subtle technique that works directly with the Central Nervous System. Through a series of gentle holds, craniosacral work helps reboot the rhythm of your nervous system and release tension that is held deep in the spine and skull.
I do not currently do full sessions of Craniosacral Therapy, but can integrate its techniques into any length of massage or Reiki session.
